How much does it cost to build a house in Saudi Arabia?
Our published reference for a 700 m² villa is SAR 1,472,977 all-in — civil and finishing works plus MEP — which works out to roughly SAR 2,100 per m². Every project is priced line by line in an open bill of quantities before work begins.
How much does villa design cost?
Full architectural design — drawings, facades and execution documentation — is SAR 21 per m², and a complete design package for a 700 m² villa is SAR 15,000. Interior design is priced at the same rate per square metre.
Do you handle the whole house building process?
Yes. Architecture, interior design, landscape, construction, supervision and project management are delivered by one practice — the engineers who draw your house also build it and stand on site until handover.
Where do you work?
Across Saudi Arabia — recent work includes villas in Riyadh and a palace in Khobar — with international experience in Bangladesh.
What brands and materials do you build with?
The bill of quantities names the specification, not just a price — Jotun paints, Al Yamama blocks, Yamama cement and peers — so you know exactly what you are buying before you sign.
