How much does it cost to build a house in Saudi Arabia?

It depends on the plot, the area and the level of finish, so we do not quote a blanket rate. Every project is priced line by line in an open bill of quantities before work begins, covering civil and finishing works through to the mechanical and electrical scope. Send us your plot and your programme and we will prepare a costed figure for your house.

How much does villa design cost?

Design is quoted per square metre against your brief, and interior design is quoted on the same basis, so the figure follows the size and complexity of the house rather than a fixed package. Tell us the area you have in mind and we will put a number to it.

Do you handle the whole house building process?

Yes. Architecture, interior design, landscape, construction, supervision and project management are delivered by one practice: the engineers who draw your house also build it and stand on site until handover.

Where do you work?

All parts of the Kingdom. We take projects anywhere in Saudi Arabia, from Riyadh and the Central Region to the Eastern Province, the Western Region and the north and south alike. Recent work includes villas in Riyadh and a palace in Khobar, and we have delivered internationally in Bangladesh.

What brands and materials do you build with?

The bill of quantities names the specification, not just a price: Jotun paints, Al Yamama blocks, Yamama cement and peers, so you know exactly what you are buying before you sign.
