Common questions

How do I ask about a project?

Open Contact in the app, fill in the form and press Send request. It arrives as an email in our office inbox. Your name, phone number and email address are needed so we can reply; everything else is optional. You can also use the Call and Email buttons on the same screen.

Do I need an account?

No. There is no sign-up, no password and no login anywhere in the app. Everything is readable the moment you open it.

Is the app in Arabic?

Yes. Tap the language button in the header to switch between English and العربية. The whole layout mirrors, including the numerals. The theme button next to it switches between light and dark.

Do the prices in the app include everything?

The rates shown are indicative and are there to give you a realistic starting point. A final figure depends on the plot, the area, the specification and the scope, which is exactly what we work out with you after you get in touch.

Does the app work without a connection?

The projects, services and rates are built into the app and open with no connection at all. Only sending a contact request needs the internet.

If something goes wrong

My request would not send

Check your connection and try once more. If it still fails, call or email us using the buttons on the contact screen, or the details at the top of this page. Your enquiry is welcome by any route, the form is only the convenient one.

Reporting a problem with the app

Email info@theperfecthouse.co and tell us what happened. It helps a great deal if you include:

• Your phone model, for example iPhone 15
• Whether you were in English or Arabic, light or dark
• What you tapped just before it happened
• A screenshot, if you can take one

We cannot promise a fix by a particular date, but we do read every report and correct what we can in the next update.

Your information

Browsing the app collects nothing. There is no tracking, no advertising and no analytics. The only information we ever receive is what you type into the contact form and choose to send. The Privacy Policy sets this out in full, and the Terms of Service cover the rest.
