Privacy Policy

This policy covers the The Perfect House mobile app and the theperfecthouse.co website, both operated by Abdul Aziz Al Otaishan Consulting Engineering Co. (OCE), Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. It explains exactly what we collect, why, and how to have it removed. We have tried to keep it short and specific rather than long and vague.
The short version. You can browse the entire app (every project, service and rate) without giving us anything at all. We only receive information if you choose to send us a project request. We do not use analytics, advertising, tracking, or location. We never sell your data.
What we collect
Only what you type into the Contact form, and only when you tap Send request:

What we do not collect
- No location or GPS data
- No contacts, photos, camera, microphone or files
- No device identifiers or advertising IDs
- No analytics or usage tracking of any kind
- No crash-reporting or diagnostics services
- No cookies in the app
- No account, password or login: the app has no sign-in
The app requests only the internet permission on Android, which is needed to send your request. It asks for no other permission.
Nothing is stored on your device
Your language and light/dark choices are not saved; they reset when you close the app. The app writes no personal data to your phone.
Where your request goes
Your request is encrypted while it travels to us and arrives as an email in OCE's business inbox. Only the people at OCE who handle enquiries read it, and they use it only to reply to you and discuss your project. It is never used for advertising or marketing, and never sold.
If you instead tap the WhatsApp button, the app opens WhatsApp with your message prepared. Nothing is sent until you press send inside WhatsApp, and that conversation is governed by WhatsApp's own privacy policy, not this one.
How long we keep it
Your request stays in OCE's business inbox for as long as it is needed to respond to your enquiry and to keep a record of work discussed. IP addresses used for spam limiting are discarded within minutes and are never kept on file.
Your rights
You can ask us to give you a copy of what we hold about you, correct it, or delete it entirely. Because the app has no accounts, simply email us from, or mention, the phone number or name you submitted, and we will act on it.
Under Saudi Arabia's Personal Data Protection Law (PDPL) you may also withdraw consent at any time. Doing so does not affect anything we did before you withdrew it.
To request deletion of your data, email info@theperfecthouse.co with the subject "Data deletion request". We will confirm within 30 days.
Security
Anything you send us is protected in transit, and access to the inbox that receives it is limited to the OCE staff who need it. No system is perfectly secure, but because the app has no account and keeps nothing about you on your phone, there is very little about you to expose in the first place.
Children
This app is a professional services portfolio intended for adults commissioning design and construction work. It is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
Changes to this policy
If we change what we collect, we will update this page and the date at the top. Material changes will also be reflected in the app's Play Store listing.
